HYDN Publishing offers a wide array of educational maps and charts to all the various primary and secondary schools, government agencies, private companies and bookstores nationwide. All our products have earned a wide acceptance from both private and public schools and offices, thus making them indispensable as reference materials for students and professionals alike.

Early History

It all started when the proprietor, upon seeing a market niche, decided to produce a chart presentation of The Periodic Table of Elements that is now being distributed in schools and bookstores nationwide.

In 1981, a partnership business was registered as HEAR Enterprise Company and released the highly saleable Periodic Table of Elements, Metric Conversion Table, and other Educational Charts.

In 1999, the decision to continue the publishing and mapping industry service in Metro Manila as a single proprietorship business was made and a Research & Development Group was organized to undertake the project.

On January 2000, HYDN Publishing was registered as a business.  Its first venture was the production of new special charts like Parts of Speech and Laboratory Apparatus in different layout using computer graphics, and the first map produced was the Political Map of the Philippines.

Efforts to improve the products are continuous so that modifications were made to make maps more informative and accurate through the Geographic Information System department using a GIS mapping software. Various maps in different formats, sizes and scales are currently being produced. Charts were made making full use of colors and graphics from our library of photos and clip arts to enhance our products’ appeal. Efforts to innovate continue so that various wall maps are made in a wide array of formats available to the market.
